Hospital(s): 2/1st Southern General Hospital, Birmingham; Royal Artillery and Tank Corps Command Depot, Catterick; Catterick Military Hospital.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Boils and ICT [Inflammation of Connective Tissue] of Finger.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with boils and ICT of the second finger of the left hand. Arrived at Catterick Command Depot on 12 January 1918. During course of treatment patient admitted to Catterick Military Hospital twice for treatment for ICT of the finger. Further details given. Discharged to Draft 17 July 1918. Civil occupation - Accountant. Includes a medical case sheet only.
