Service number: 75180.

Hospital(s): St Luke's War Hospital, Halifax; Royal Artillery and Tank Corps Command Depot, Catterick.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Multiple Gunshot Wounds.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with gunshot wounds to the left knee, left thigh and right hand. Arrived at Catterick Command Depot on 19 February 1918. Further details given. Discharged to Draft on 24 April 1918. Civil occupation - Farm Labourer. Includes a medical case sheet only.
