Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with gunshot wounds to the right shoulder, chest and left forearm. Wounds received at Bazainville 17 April 1918. During period of treatment in France patient underwent an operation on his right shoulder. Further details given. Outcome not stated. Discharged to leave and duty 17 September 1918. Contains next of kin address. Includes two medical case sheets, four clinical charts, an X-ray report and a cover sheet.
