Hospital(s): The Prince of Wales' Hospital for Officers, Marylebone, London.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Gunshot Wound to Thigh, Fractured Fibula and Astragalus (Ankle).

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with a gunshot wound to the right thigh. Wound caused by a tracer bullet 'whilst flying over Bosche line'. Patient also suffered with a fractured left fibula and astragalus after crash landing in no man's land. Further details given. Discharged from hospital 12 July 1917. Includes two medical case sheets only.
