Hospital(s): 2nd Western General Hospital, Manchester; Nell Lane Auxiliary Military Hospital, West Didsbury; Fulham Military Hospital.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Shell Shock and Neurasthenia.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted for two courses of treatment suffering from shell shock and neurasthenia. Further details given. During course of treatment patient underwent dental treatment and 'high frequency treatment'. Patient applied for transfer to work in a dental department at a Military Hospital. Discharged 28 September 1916. Includes two medical case sheets.
