Hospital(s): 1st Western General Hospital, Liverpool, Fazakerley; 1st Western General Hospital, Liverpool, Sherlock Street; Ilford Emergency Hospital.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Shell Wounds.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with wounds from the shrapnel of a shell to right loins, right hip and right buttock. During course of treatment foreign body removed at Casualty Clearing Station, and patient developed a bronchial cough. Further details given. Transferred to Ilford Emergency Hospital 7 March 1917. Outcome not stated. includes two medical case sheets.
