Condition/Injury/Disease: Chronic Abscess of Buttock.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering from a chronic abscess of the left buttock, 'made much worse by riding'. Condition 'first noticed' 31 December 1915. During course of treatment patient underwent multiple operations. Further details given. Transferred to Auxiliary Hospital 4 October 1916. Discharged to reserve unit and employment 17 November 1916. Includes medical case sheet, a King George Hospital massage and electrical department form and three clinical charts.
