Hospital(s): Leeds General Infirmary; Stapleton Park Auxiliary Hospital, Pontefract.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering from myalgia to the neck, head, left arm and the knees. 'Generally out of sorts nothing definite'. Further details given. Transferred to Stapleton Park Auxiliary Hospital, Pontefract 15 July 1916. Discharged at Leeds on furlough 2 September 1916. Includes a medical case sheet only.
