Hospital(s): 1st London General Hospital, Camberwell; Downs Sanatorium, Sutton, Surrey.

Condition/Injury/Disease: [CPT].

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with [CPT], having 'spat blood at Ypres'. During course of treatment patient underwent X-ray. Further details given. Discharged as an invalid and sent to Down Sanatorium, Sutton, Surrey 3 September 1917. Includes one medical case sheet, four clinical charts, two pathological laboratory reports, an X-ray report, one hospital identity tag, and a note.
