Condition/Injury/Disease: Gunshot Wound of Upper Extremity [Forearm].

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with a gunshot wound of the left forearm, with a transverse fracture of the ulna. Wound sustained by shrapnel bullet at Ginchy on the Somme 4 November 1916. During course of treatment patient underwent X-ray and was placed in a rectangular splint. Further details given. Recommended for Medical Board 12 December 1916. Outcome not stated. Includes a medical case sheet only.
