Folios 102-103. Petition to the King of Cleonard de Lima and Manuel Demetre, brother and brother-in-law of George de Lima, a Greek merchant now deceased. Asking His Majesty to give orders for the financial compensation due to George to be paid to the family. Two sergeants and three corporals from the Royal Fusiliers stole from George de Lima's house in Port-Mahon on the island of Minorca; they were convicted nd His Majesty promised George a compensation of £420, to be paid by the representative of Minorca in London. Unfortunately the said representative was out of town and George died before receiving the money, so his parents and sisters sent the supplicants to England to request the payment.
