Description

Folio 79. Sans [Sandys] Jones. Letter. 'Sir, I hope you remember that I did apply to your Honour before you went to Hanover at the Secretary of State's office when you was so good to say you was present when his Grace the Duke of Newcastle had directions in favour of Sir your most obliged and humble servant Sans Jones. I am in debt and my life must end in a goal if not relieved by your goodness'.
