Folio 72. Unsigned memorial saying: 'By order of the late Queen Anne', Madame Françoise Keightly (recently deceased) was granted a pension of two hundred pounds per year, paid by the Lord High Almoner; 'it is to believe that said pension was paid by Sir Stanhope's office to the Lord High Almoner. The pension now being vacant, we speculate that it could be granted without any opposition from the Treasury or the Admiralty'.
