Folio 118. Henry Gough Daly to the Duke of Newcastle. Memorial regarding workers in the clothing trade in Ireland going from there to Bilbao and the inability of the Irish authorities to stop them. He mentions Lord George Sackville, John Mornagh master of the 'Salisbury' of Southampton, Mr Marshall surveyor of the 'Ringsend' barge and Jno [John] Moraghty of the 'St Michael'.
