Folios 103-104. Memorial addressed to the King by Benjamin Cox one of the Justices of the Peace for Middlesex that, acting on the information of Richard Barker and Thomas Doyle both of St Martin in the Fields concerning the Spread Eagle coffee house 'a common notorious gaming house in Covent Garden' owned by Joshua Bizan, he issued a warrant for the arrest of 20 named individuals who have not only served him with a writ at the suit of Thomas Kingsley, one of those arrested, but also daily threaten him with more actions and therefore he prays for such relief as the King deems appropriate.
