Folio 69. Captain George Carleton to the Lords Justices. Petition. He prays that it be referred to the Treasury so that some way can be found for his relief having had money erroneously deducted from the payment to him authorised by the King, which error would have been corrected had not the commission of the late Commissioners expired before the correction was made. He mentions his previous military service in, among other places, Spain with the Earl of Peterborough.
