Folio 182. Petition of Daniel Reading to the Duke of Newcastle for protection or orders to allow him to come and go safely between Dublin and the Law Courts there in order to carry on his prosecution of Daniel Kimberly 'for feloniously marrying the petitioner's daughter at Dublin of the age of twelve years and six months against her will and consent contrary to the Statutes there'. [The trial began 29 April 1730. Kimberly was convicted in Dublin on 5 May 1730 and executed 27 May].
