Printed Appeal to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council from BRITISH GUIANA [Caribbean].

Appellant: James Stewart in his quality as sole remaining and acting executor of the last will and testament and codicils of James Kirkwood, deceased.

Respondent: David Luckie, David Fraser Luckie, George John Luckie and Edward Luckie, of the City of London, merchants, formerly trading together in co-partnership under the names, style and firm of Luckie Brothers and Co.
