Folios 120-121. Petition of Michael Cockburne for one month's respite from his sentence of death having been convicted at Warwick Assizes of the murder of Thomas Damm. He mentions his father Nicholas Cockburne of Newcastle upon Tyne, Baron Carter, General Thomas Peirce's Regiment, Edward West a recruiting sergeant and John Bains.
