Petition of Mrs Mary Delarante praying that the sentence of death passed on unnmamed son [Edward Murril alias Delarand or Edward Merle Delarant] [at the Old Bailey] for the highway robbery of Cullen [Collin] Smith be changed to one of transportation. With recommendation signed by the jury who tried him and others. 22 signatures. [Old Bailey Online gives the conviction date as 18 January 1755 and execution date as 17 March 1755].
