Petition of Charles Fitzpatrick 'not yet fifteen years of age under sentence of death in Newgate' praying for mercy on account of his youth and his father's long and faithful service to the Crown. He mentions falling into company with one Booth. [Old Bailey Online has a Charles Patrick convicted of highway robbery on 6 September 1732. His age is given as 'not full sixteen' and he mentions keeping company with one William Booth].
