Petition of Richard Franklin for a pardon having been capitally convicted, together with Dorrell Smalt, at the Old Bailey for breaking into and stealing from the house of Richard Walker. [Old Bailey Online gives the conviction date as 7 September 1737 and the reprieve date as 29 September 1737]. [See also SP 36/4/163].
