Folios 153-155. Letter from Joseph Taylor, magistrate of Kings Lynn, Norfolk, enclosing a copy of an anonymous threatening letter put in the penny post at Whitehall on 21 May. Taylor is sure that it had first been sent from Lynn to London to be posted. He asks that Government should offer a reward for information leading to the conviction of those involved.
Enclosed is a copy of a letter threatening revenge for Taylor's attempts to ruin the writer and drawing attention to Taylor's alleged crimes including his treatment of his own sister and brother-in-law.
