These records were created during the Labour Party administration of 1997-2010. Tony Blair was Prime Minister from May 1997 to June 2007. Gordon Brown was Prime Minister from June 2007 to May 2010.

Gordon Brown resigned from office following the results of the May 2010 General Election. The Conservative Party and the Liberal Democrats went on to form a Coalition Government
