The National Employer Advisory Board is an advisory non-departmental public body to the Ministry of Defence (MoD). It was established in 1986 to provide advice to the Secretary of State for Defence on issues surrounding the employment of Reservists; to provide advice on the development of the MoD's continuing Reserve Forces campaign (the SaBRE Campaign); and to advise on the efficiency, effectiveness and conduct of the SaBRE Campaign. The Chairman and members are appointed by the Secretary of State for Defence.
