Description

Folios 61-62. Petition of Benjamin Sitch capitally convicted at the Old Bailey 'of a small felony'. Sitch being a soldier in the Coldstream Guards prays that his sentence be changed to transportation for life to serve in any of the King's regiments in America or elsewhere. [See also SP 36/138/1/195].
