Description

Loose printed prize appeal from the Vice-Admiralty Court of Tortola.

Captured ship: Patty brig (second capture) (master William Egery).

Nationality: American.

History: bound from Pointe-a-Pitre Guadeloupe to Philadelphia, laden with brown sugar; taken on 6 April 1806 by the privateer Hawke (Thomas Gilbert commanding), and brought into Tortolla
