Captured ship: Patty brig (first capture) (master William Egery).
Nationality: American.
History: bound from New York to Guadeloupe, laden with wine, dry goods, sugar boilers, sugar pots and other merchandise; taken on 6 December 1805 by the privateer Maria Mischief (Alexander Billington commanding), and brought into Montserrat
