Folios 82-83: Letter dated 25 March 1914 by Captain Judge D'Arcy, HMS Dartmouth, commendation of Sub-Lieutenant Fitzroy Evelyn Patrick Hutton for valuable services in the blocking of the Rufigi River operations. Mentions SS Duplex and her commander Lieutenant Triggs who was severely wounded.
