[Judgment No 3 of 1865]. Printed Appeal to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council from BENGAL [India].

Appellant: Rajah Leelanund Singh, son and heir at law of Rajah Bidianund Singh, deceased.

Respondent: Maharajah Muheshur Singh, son and heir at law of Maharajah Rooder Singh deceased, and on his death. Maharajah Lukhmissar Singh Behadur, an infant, his eldest son. heir and legal representative Maharanee Ameer Buksh, second wife and heiress at law of Maharajah Ruhmut Ali Khan Nujjun and Mujun and Moonshee Zukeeoodeen Ahmed, Kishna Tewarree, Oma Misser, Sheikh Kullo, Peer Khan, Deep Chund Sahoo, Gosain Hemchulpooree, Durshun Singh and the Government of Bengal.
