Name: William Havard.
Occupation: Underman.
Place of accident: Dowlais, [Fochriw] Branch, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right leg bruised.
Details of accident: Howard when engaged in discharging ballast from a wagon caught his foot in the space between the floor of the wagon and the bottom of the open door causing him to lose his balance and fall out of the wagon. Howard resumed on the 30th April being absent one day only.
