Name: Wyndham J Ewers.
Occupation: Fireman.
Place of accident: Cardiff Docks, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right foot bruised.
Details of accident: Ewers negligently placed his foot outside the cab of his engine and caught it against a wagon which had been temporarily placed just clear of the crossing. The engine cleared the wagons without difficulty.
