Place of accident: Ystrad South, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right hip bruised.
Details of accident: Smith when descending from the tank of his Engine which was motionless just having taken water slipped and fell to the ground coming in contact with the side rod set pin. He completed his day's work but did not again resume until the 7th March.
