Name: John Cameron.
Occupation: Passenger.
Place of accident: Pengam, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right leg fractured.
Details of accident: Cameron attempted to join a Passenger train in motion and fell between the platform and the coach. The train was immediately pulled up and Cameron conveyed by it to the nearest hospital. Cameron was thought to be waiting for a train to a Colliery Platform which immediately followed.
