Occupation: Yard Foreman.
Place of accident: Cardiff, Machine Road, Glamorgan.
Injury: Sinew of left leg strained.
Details of accident: James slipped on some ice and fell injuring his leg. He continued on duty until the 18th December but has been absent since. James died on 7th January the result of illness.
