Place of accident: Barry No 1 Dock, Glamorgan.
Injury: Wound in large toe.
Details of accident: Discharging pit wood from the No 2 hold of the s/s Barnstorm and in forming a sling the tomahawk which he was using glanced off a piece of wood and the point entered the large toe of his left foot.
