Name: W Thomas.

Occupation: Carpenter.

Place of accident: Peterston Bridge, Glamorgan.

Injury: Some skin torn off palm of left hand.

Details of accident: This man was using a chisel which had a scabrous top and in the removal of a rugged piece in this bridge the top the chisel came in contact with the palm of his hand.
