Place of accident: Tynycaeau North, Glamorgan.
Injury: Slight wound in head.
Details of accident: The St Fagans goods train was about to be pushed from Tynycaeau North down the branch but at the first attempt the engine failed to move the train. The van had gone forward a few yards when the wagons joined Youdell fell backwards in the van and hurt his head.
