Name: J W Gully.
Occupation: Loco Cleaner.
Place of accident: Barry Locomotive Sheds, Glamorgan.
Injury: Back slightly bruised.
Details of accident: When cleaning the boiler of a loco he stopped to get some oil from a tin on the footplate when he slipped and fell to the ground. In the fall his back struck the bottom step of a loco which was on the next road.
