Place of accident: Barry Dock No 2, Glamorgan.
Injury: Back badly bruised.
Details of accident: A point piece for the tip chute was about to be moved by means of the crane at No 22 tip and when the lifting was commenced this point piece fell towards Rodgers and forced him against the hand rail of the tip.
