Place of accident: Barry North Hydraulic Engine House, Glamorgan.
Injury: Bruised finger.
Details of accident: He was engaged in packing the HP slide valve spindle on hydraulic engine when the spanner which Norris was using slipped and one of the fingers of his right hand came in contact with the stud.
