Place of accident: Barry Machine Shop, Glamorgan.
Injury: Finger badly cut.
Details of accident: Whilst at work at the slotting machine, Windsor was engaged clearing away the steel cuttings with his hand when the second finger got caught between the tool and the work which he had in the machine.
