Name: C Williams.

Occupation: Labourer [S].

Place of accident: Barry Dock No 2, Glamorgan.

Injury: Enlarged glands in right groin.

Details of accident: This man called on April 13th April reported that he strained himself moving boxes of tinplate's which were being shipped via s/s Welsh Trader on 17 Mar. Dr Neals advised Williams was from enlarged glands in the right groin and condition was not the result of an accident.
