Folios 46-51. Report by Lord Chief Baron Parker on the case of Thomas Land, a convict in Ipswich gaol, concluding that Land does not merit the King's mercy. Also a petition on behalf of Land, signed by his father Robert Land of the City of Bristol, Baker. Pleading for mercy for transportation on account of his youth and his first offence.
