Two wills of Ralph Bradshaw the elder of Whatcroft, Cheshire, yeoman:
(1) Makes bequests to: John Baguley, his son-in-law; the children of Anne Weston, his late daughter; and Randall Kenworthley, his son-in-law. Empowers Peter Wood, his executor, to raise £30 by lease or mortgage should Mary Key, Bradshaw's eldest daughter, become a widow. Witnesses:- James Hill; Mary Key; Jane Wilkinsgon; Peter Wood. 1693 Aug 9
Superseded by (2) Empowers his son Ralph Bradshaw to raise £55 from tenements in Middlewich, with £5 to go to Mary Key, his eldest daughter, £10 to go to Hannah Weston, his granddaughter, £20 each to go to Randall Kenworthley and John Baguley. Witnesses:- John Baguloy the younger; Eleanor Ratcliffe; Peter Wood. 1700 Dec 13. Endorsed with note that the wills were shown in court on 1 Aug 1712.
