Assignment of lease, indented, by Henry Renshaw of Northerden, Cheshire, husbandman, to Roger Worthington of Sharston, Richard Faukner of Etchells, and John Coumbes of Gatley, yeomen, all of Cheshire, of a tenement in Northerden, in consideration of £110 paid cash down. Original lease made on 1 June 1661 by Robert Tatton esq of Wythenshawe [Withinshaw], Cheshire, William Tatton, gentleman, his son and heir, and John Bennett esq of Abington [Abbington] [Cambridgeshire], to Henry Renshaw, for 99 years, with clause concerning survivorship of Thomas and Henry, sons of Henry Renshaw, at the yearly rent of 11s. Mark of Henry Renshaw. Witnesses:- Francis Timperley; John Cookson.
Endorsed:- this deed was displayed on 30 November 1680 at a commission held at Northerden in the presence of Thomas Dickinson, William Assheton, Thomas Deane and William Tippinge.
