Tripartite settlement of uses, indented, between Robert Wilson the elder of Cook Lane, Cheshire, yeoman, on the first part, Nicholas Wilson, son and heir of Robert Wilson, on the second part, and John Bickerton of Newhall, Cheshire, yeoman, and William Pearson of Buerton, Cheshire, yeoman, on the third part, relating to a messuage and tenements in Coole alias Cooke Lane alias Cowlane, Cheshire. In consideration of a marriage contracted between Nicholas Wilson and Sybil, daughter of Thomas Pearson of Buerton, Cheshire, yeoman, and of a marriage portion of £260 to be received from Robert Hayward of Smallrice [Smalerice], Staffordshire, gent, and Thomas Dykes of Buerton, gent. Seals and signatures of Robert and Nicholas Wilson. Witnesses:- Roger Combarbach; Ralph Wilkinson; Robert Hayward; Thomas Dykes; Nicholas Wilson.
