Lease, indented, by Richard Twyford of Cleadford, Cheshire, gent, Catherine Twyford, his wife, Christopher Tylston late of Cleadford, haberdasher, Margaret, his wife, John Davis of Wrexham [Wrixam], Flintshire, draper, and Anne, his wife, to William Smalwood of Little Warford in Marthall, Cheshire, gent, of a messuage and tenement in Newton Kinderton or Middlewich called Cleadford. Marks and seals of Richard and Katherine Twyford, signature and seal of Christopher Tylston, signatures of Margaret Tylston and John Davis, mark of Anne Davis. Witnesses:- John Gouldsmith; Thomas Dawson (for John and Ann Davis); John Tywford; Ralph Dod (for Richard and Catherine Twyford and Christopher and Margaret Tylston).
