Lease, indented, by George Rutter of Kingsley, gent, and John Rutter, his son and heir, to William Turner, former servant of George Rutter, of a messuage or tenement in Kingsley and meadow in Rodsley, alias Bradley, for the term of the lives of William Turner, Elizabeth Tapley, his pretended wife, and daughter of Thomas Tapley, deceased, or of Richard Turner, son of Thomas Turner of Morley, Cheshire, at the yearly rent of 5s 8d, in consideration £24 paid cash down. Mark and seal of William Turner. Witnesses:- Thomas Preston; Richard Pyke; Ralph Witter.
