Lease, indented, by George Rutter of Kingsley, Cheshire, gent, to Thomas Hellsbie the younger of Kingsley, husbandman, of a tenement in Kingsley, for the term of the lives of Thomas Hellsbie, Margaret, his wife or John his son, at the yearly rent of 10s, in consideration of £31 paid cash down and the surrender of an indenture dated 8 Jan 1607 from Rutter to Thomas Hellsbie the elder. One tag no seal. Witnesses:- John Barton; Richard Cooke.
